2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Dynamic stretching and activation with the Batá drums' rhythm. Dance technique session.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Eleguá (explanation about the orisha and its basic dance steps)
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm: Oshosi (explanation about the orisha and its basic dance steps)
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm: Ogún (explanation about the orisha and its basic dance steps)
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Afro-Timba (Cuban "salsa" style that combines orishas' steps)
